What a day! After playing a concert for the lovely folks at Riverside, we headed over to the Pastor's house to each pizza, see the Packers win, and pet a 85 pound tortoise! The tortoise's name is Mortimer, and when he saw me he came right over...to try to eat my shoes. Luckily it was not too hard to side-step him, and he accepted neck rubs in lieu of a shoe-snack.
Tomorrow we are leading workshops and playing a concert at California Lutheran High School. I'm excited to try some theater experiments!
