Volcanos!

After a fun night in Redding at Grilla Bites, complete with a light up keyboard and some great new friends, Jonathon and I headed out to Lassen National Park for Free Park Day. Although many of the trails were snowed out (that's right, we went down to California to find snow) we were still able to see some amazing sulphur features, including a 3ft pit of boiling water and many other steaming yellow rocks. It was quite a sight, as was the peak. We drove over 10,000 feet into the air (on the road that is).

We arrived in Petaluma to a beautiful little church and some Hungarian goulash (delicious). After a great show we are ready to tuck it in for the night and sleep sleep sleep. Tomorrow we're going to explore the Bay area before heading to Vallejo.
